New York City Law Enforcement Jobs Contract
As of the date of signing, this contract is entered into by and between the New York City Law Enforcement Department (hereinafter referred to as “Department”) and the Employee (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”).
Term Employment | The Employee shall be employed by the Department for an initial term of two years, commencing on the date of hire. The employment may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties. |

Salary Benefits | The Employee shall receive a salary in accordance with the Department`s salary schedule. In addition, the Employee shall be eligible for health insurance, retirement benefits, and other benefits provided to law enforcement personnel. |
Job Duties | The Employee shall perform all duties assigned by the Department, including but not limited to patrolling designated areas, responding to emergency calls, and enforcing laws and regulations. |
Termination | The employment relationship may be terminated by either party with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party. The Employee may also be subject to termination for cause, including but not limited to misconduct, negligence, or violation of laws and regulations. |
Confidentiality | The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information obtained during the course of employment, including but not limited to ongoing investigations and departmental procedures. |
